went to the rhuemotologist tuesday morning. that delayed my getting to bed but fell asleep soon after. am expecting a package and felt like i needed to listen for the delivery but left a note to knock loudly hoping i would hear. woke up to run errands and then made it to the gym. worked on increased incline and speed. stretched and spent a good amount of time relaxing in the sauna. glass of wine with dinner and then back to sleep after a ahower. slept well and back at work. i am so looking forward to sleeping this morning. then again, i got a message with my ups tracking #...hmm...
