STAYING CONSISTANT..gooood thursday morning..my workouts continue to be consistent an on track..my eating is consistent..my weight loss..not so much..just way it is..just have to continue to stick with doing what im doing an give the scales the finger when it doesnt support my efforts..

ZWIFT RIDE AGAIN TODAY..29 OUTSIDE..wind chill 18..brrrr...

ZWIFT LONDON RIDE ..this morning..4 days already this week..already hit my weekly mileage..and also 4428 in miles out of 4500 for the year..im thinkin 3x20 an i hit my goal by monday or tuesday...dependin on if i take time off or not..gonna take friday off..or thats the plan today..but im so close an i know if i get bored..il be on trainer just peddling to hit my yearly goal...

gettting off the carbs an going back to 20/4..has really gotten me more in tune with eating better...less cheating going on...i feel more in control of my food an my workouts..
