I swear, this is the hardest time of year to stay on course. It's cooler, so I want comfort food, which includes carbs, and everyone around me is making treats and drinking at parties. Overall, I've been good, but I need to try and remember what I ate Saturday night and log it. The good news, I did well all day. The not so good is that there were not very many LCHF foods at the neighborhood Christmas potluck. I'm not up, but I'm not down either. I said no a lot, but I did eat some cheats. All we can do is go forward. Talked with BF about going on a more formal program for bit, he's supportive, so will check that out.

Super long walk last night, saw the lights in TJ from the big hill. It's so clear, it never looks like this. The neighborhood has tons of lights up as well.
