Today I went to the gym bench pressed 1 set of 6 reps at 245lbs, another set of 4 reps at 245lbs and then a final set at 245lbs-4 reps. I did a set of 10 reps on the Incline at 205 lbs and another set of 10 reps at 185 lbs. I ran on the treadmill a mile in 6:45. Finally, I did 30 crunches at 190 lbs.
