Today I went to the gym, on the Bench Press at 245 lbs, I did a set of 6 reps and 2 sets of 4 reps. On the Incline I did a set of 10 reps at 205 lbs and a set of 10 reps at 185 lbs. I also set a record on my mile, running it in 6:44. Finally, I did 3 sets of 10 reps of crunches at 190 lbs.
