Hey guys! Thank you for all of your helpful comments. I packed my breakfast and a sub-meal today. Then i eat at the cafeteria of the univerity but i eat very little portions of everything. Then as a second sub-meal i ate some light biscuits with some tea. Then i went home and ate three meatballs with a bowl of salad. I drank 2.5 lt water and i walked 2 km. I ALREADY FEEL VERY GOOD!! Do you think is there anything else i should do?? Please let me now :))

Be mindful of sodium. Also, do not starve yourself- it will have the opposite reaction than what you think. Portion control is best option and as fresh veggies if possible. Frozen veggies next best. With canned options at last (rinse if possible). I am not familiar with the basics of your plan, so some of my suggestions may go against what is needed. Congrats though on making a decision and sticking to it! :)

My daughter packs a multilayered plastic lunch container with, cellary/carrots and hummus. Also some fruit and some nuts. If it's a long day she might take a chicken veggie wrap wrapped in foil for a larger meal. I just grill chicken breasts at the weekend so they are easy to assemble when she needs one. I hope this helps.

I usually pack veggies and hummus for a snack to hold me over until lunch, then I pack usually fruit and yogurt for an afternoon snack to hold me over until dinner. I make sure to measure things out so I know how much I'm eating. Also, coming on here and logging everything I know I will eat that day is helpful, that way I know if I am going overboard, then I can cut something back a bit, or if I'm not eating enough maybe I can have an extra healthy snack or eat a bit more protein somewhere or something. Good luck!!

yes, nothing anyone does...get a food scale and weigh your food! You cannot control what you can't measure. In this case calories. Don't think your calories are on point, KNOW. I cannot stress this enough.

You got a plan. It looks like a good one. Any food you have control over, what you make, will definitely benefit you - Good Luck
