Hello! I NEED QUICK HELP!! I am trying to lose weight for my graduation that is in 5 months and i am on a though diet. But i am at school 5 days a week and i can't find anything to eat while i'm at school! Nothing is even healthy there:( I don't even know what they put in those things at the cafeteria... PLEASE HELP ME GUYS WHAT CAN I DO??

Are you able to bring food to school and eat what you bring instead? What kind of stuff are you eating? Are you starving yourself? Are you getting enough rest? Are you getting enough water?

I agree with Mightyfull. If the choices aren't good at school, you will have to start bringing food and water with you. it takes planning and preparation but it's worth it. Water, veggies, healthy snack items, salad, etc. I have to do that when I work at certain locations.
