Guess what ya'll?! Me so happy today! I've been doing good on the diet so I decided to go ahead and weigh to see if I have made ANY progress. I would have been happy with anything. The scale read 139.8! I put 140 on the chart since it was so close to it, but I am extremely happy to see the 130's again. My motivation is BACK! I am going to go for it this time around, and learn from my mistakes. My new goal is 135 by Valentines Day! But I hope to make it faster than that!
I tried a new workout this morning, omg it was a great one!
It was challenging but doable, and I really am glad I got it. It's called Walk at Home with Leslie Sansone 5-mile Walk Advanced. I did the 3 mile with hand weights, with 5 pound weights, and I really feel like I got a full body workout! I felt it in my abs, arms, back and of course legs, but at the same time it was paced just right so I could keep up. I love it. I haven't been that redfaced and sweaty after a workout since doing Advanced taebo, a year ago! I am in a good mood today! :D

YAAAAAAAAAYYYY!!! Thats brilliant, im so glad to see you back in the 130s too!! You can definitely get to 135 before V-day! Thats 6lb off in 6 days, so you are losing it at the same speed that you put it back on. Woop!! :)

great news..sounds like your new workout is workin for you...thats what its all about findin a workout that makes you sweat, so the pounds fall off...

I thought I'd come over here to see how my Lotus was feeling today...and GONE is the depressed, and sad person of yesterday! I told you all you needed was a bath! LOL THEN I noticed that you lost weight and are back on track!! I'm so proud of you! I had to yank your arm off to get you to follow the rest of the ducks acros the road, but now here you are!!! Yeah friend!! Here comes Valentine's Day!!! and 135!!
