day 221..61 here today..and its storming outside..no walk this morning..so il be spendin that time on the elliptical..and the bad thing is..i really miss walkin in the morning..well il write more later..its lightening now..gotta go..have a great workout...

well thats storm passed by..and im back online im hopin that by the time 6am gets around that it quits raining, and i can get my walk in..i would rather walk then spend the extra time in the gym..im really watching my food intake this week, and im using my food journal as i put food in to try and cut down anyway i can on my fat, and carbs..im doing this so i can get some weight off this week..if i can do it this week, then next week, il use this week as a template and do the same again next week..my march goal is gettin nearer and i want that 12 pounds off..so i can move on to my next goal..well..hope everyone has a great day..and a great workout..

ADDON..didnt get to walk..spent my 40 minutes on the elliptical today an then did my other hour doing my weight program..im tired..nothing new..sittin here drinkin my protein shake..still rainin outside..we probably do or will need the rain...this is my second day of not eating breakfast..the only thing i se to be a problem for me is..drinkin the water during a workout, on an empty stomach, causes me to feel like im gonna have dirreah..but other then that..i dont really see any problms..lol..

I am also eyeing your March deadline...I know that you can do it. I'll be interested to see how cutting the carbs back a little will help you during this next week or so. I know you like chocolate (sweets) so, try my latest idea. It's yummy! s/f jello with some fat free cool whip! it satisfies that sweet tooth and yet, it's only 50 calories a serving! :)

i was so tired from using the elliptical today for 40 minutes, that at 3pm i drank my second protein shake..lol..i hardly ever drink 2 in one day..but it sure made a difference in how i feel..

lol..bad andy the last time i bout the fat free cool whip, i was puttin it in the freezer and adding it to my yogurt, but who can stop with just 2 tblsp..i kno i couldnt so i quit buyin it..lol...

I can attest that 40 minutes on the eliptical does tucker a person out! Great job and I am confident you will make your March goal!
