I would wait a little while. Make sure you are drinking plenty of water, and make sure you are eating your snacks. You can do it!!

Also, don't just go by the scale. Are you feeling any better? Did you take your measurements? It's not just about pounds!

Thanks you guys --- I'll try it a little longer. I did feel a little bloated today (soy sauce yesterday) so maybe it will even out. :)

Don't give up!! I'm with artistgrl: It's not just about pounds! Take your measurements. The body takes time to adjust and "re-configure" its weight distribution. Just keep at it and remember that it's not only losing pounds we're all after. It's how confident those lost pounds will make us.

I did the same thing this morning! I'm trying to believe it's all "muscle" gain. I'll wait a few more weeks, (or 3-4 more pounds) before I freak. :)
