Getting a little frustrated with the steady weight! It's been five days and only two pounds down from my first weigh-in. Has anybody out there had success so I can have something to look forward to???
188.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
