Goodness, had to fight to get back down. I went back to super lo carb and had withdrawals so I really know how much I fell off the wagon. Glad to be back on...until tomorrow : 0
144.2 lb Lost so far: 56.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Amazing how cravings go away on super low carb eating. Forgot how I ever lost so much weight. Dr Atkins was a hero!
