When I became a member, I found losing weight was pretty easy. I ran a lot. When I started tracking what I ate, just a little savings in calories helped me drop the pounds very quickly.

Fast forward to the present. Life changes. Separation. Jobs, Injuries. Things add up. Before I knew it, I was back to my starting weight when I moved to Florida in 2003. The injuries are mostly gone. Running is uncomfortable which takes away the fun and motivation. I run a few times a week. I lift weights. I eat very poorly which prevents me from making progress. Hoping for that bell to ring like in Rocky, and then Mick says, "What are we waiting for?"
