Am encouraged ... by all the support and encouragement of my friends, family and FS/Reddit/ Keto Casey community. Could not be here without all. For this I am truly grateful in this Thanksgiving Day Keto Week 23.
189.0 lb Lost so far: 56.0 lb.    Still to go: 44.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
