Last week pitfalls: 1) Too many snacks-cookies, chips,cakes. 2) Eating dinner too late. 3) Eating snacks too late. 4) Not counting every calorie. 5)Wrong beer calorie calculation. 6) Drank too many beers (thus caleries were off)
172.8 lb Lost so far: 12.6 lb.    Still to go: 37.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
