Well, my little cheats while on vacation have reared their ugly heads and the scale has shown me it's displeasure - lol. I had 2 actual slices of pizza (first in 10 months) and several scopes of Hubby's ice cream. I thought I walked it off, but scale says NOPE! Well, I'll have to work harder this week to get back to where I was - bummer! It is a bummer, but it was also worth it. I could not pass up a Beer and nuts ice cream sundae. It was a beer caramel and peanuts on vanilla custard - SO worth the 2 lbs hahahaha! Off to the dog park and GYM today!!
235.8 lb Lost so far: 14.2 lb.    Still to go: 55.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
