Intermittent fasting and a whole lot of deep cleaning around the house yesterday must of done something hahahaha!
187.6 lb Lost so far: 30.4 lb.    Still to go: 52.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Some weeks it's nothing and others it comes right off. This seesaw can drive me crazy but I can't complain when I finally get a loss. It's a lot of seeing what works.
