RETHINKING WHATS POSSIBLE..goood sunday afternoon..was able to finally put finger on why i havent been in a hurry to get on bike/trainer lately..was feeling pressured to ride..riding/exercising should be fun..something i lost..when i decided to try an hit 5000 miles by end of december..put more pressure on me..days i was tired i was feeling like i was missing getting my miles even though i had 10 days off each month for rest or whatever..i just decided wasnt as much fun anymore..something you have to remember..even with eating ...should be fun to enjoy it all...i had my cheat meal on saturday..well wasnt all cheat..i fixed cauliflower pizza, then i tried to make almond flour cheese sticks..thats still a work in progress figuring out how to make them come out right..sister bout sugar cookies from walmart...yes that was the cheat..they was mouth watering..just melted in my mouth with each bite..mmmmm good...but glad they are gone..cauliflower pizza was good..but had pepperoni and olives..all salty stuff..today its water water water...

did get a bike ride in while ago..an enjoyed getting on the bike for a change...wanted to do a ride outside today...but with the temps falling all day an the wind out of the north at 20...well...inside was the way to go..suppose to be 45 tonight...cooler nights in the forcast...hate every bit of it...but part of living in illinois..

well gonna watch some tv..watch drag racing on fs1...
