HEART RATE MONITOR...gooood thursday morning...bout a polar heart rate monitor from amazon to use when i do zwift or ride outside to get a better reading on my workouts..i tried it out this morning when i did my zwift ride..was raining outside this morning even though it was 67..just to dark when i want to ride at 5am..i miss the summer part of early mornings an the sun being up...

i have to say im exhausted..sitting in recliner an wanting to journal an just to tired to type..geez...drinking a protein drink after my workout..had been passing on drinking protein after my workouts for a couple of weeks..but felt like i needed it today..

by having a monitor seems to help track numbers better when im riding/working out..not for everyone...only people that totally get into working out like i do...

WELL PROTEIN SHAKE IS GONE...STARTING TO FEEL MORE LIKE GETTING BACK UP AN MOVING AROUND...
