That must be a good feeling, I took my clothes and donated some, and Put some in back closet, as I know from past experience that I have not been able to keep it off, but at that time I did not have FS buddies ion my life,,And my journey goes on !!!!

Thank you everyone for all of your positive comments and glowing support! 😊❤️. I must report and pass along to my fellow warriors that the shrinking comes MUCH faster and much more consistently with weight lifting added into the daily lifestyle. Its fun and addicting. If you set your exercises up into a circuit and keep your heart rate elevated, you can skip boring cardio!! Results happen quickly - flab gets firm! 😊👍

Blue Coaster-I had so much fun going to the thrift shops and finding clothes to fit me during the ongoing weight loss. I didn't spend much money either.
