Still upset about not losing any weight last week 202 .16 I am definitely eating less, the Nutri System food is crap I can do better cooking myself (which I plan to do as soon as I have eaten the $450 worth of crap I bought). I am thinking I may be underestimating the calories in the the Baked Eggplant but it tastes so good. See if I can stick to the small can of chili tomorrow.
Peroni ride was strong today very windy sucked wheel but did get out front a few times to share the load. Ave 19.8mph was an excellent result based on the wind gusts of 20++ I guess spending more time on the bike is the way to go but damn I just do not have the inclination. I will try to talk myself into the dump ride tomorrow.
