Very Disappointed 0Lbs lost in week 2.
Calories are lower than allowed for he week (2000), and I rode hard this week Monday 21 Miles Wednesday 25 Miles Friday 21 miles and a fast 36 miles (20mph ave) with Velo on Saturday.
Not sure what is going on guess next week I will try to lower my caloric intake even more and ride harder.
202.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
