Bounced back from my attack, did two days of clear liquid diet which wasn't fun! But got to eat normal food again on the weekend! I love normal food!
I'm not really keep track of weekends food wise, it's still very much the same as what I have during the weeks! Just to busy running around after little ones to do anything!
Back down past my weight after I had that little speed bumped and gained again. Onwards and downwards!
