DAMNIT! I keen forgetting to track my food on here! I'm obviously still doing well following my eating as the weight is still going down! It's so easy to get side tracked with kids / family / wife and life and forget to put food down!
Happy my weigh is still going down. I wanted to set a goal of being at 90KG's by Christmas (13 KG loss in 10 weeks) So lets see how that goes! I think I'll have to introduce some exercise into my schedule if I would like to reach that target!
