my weight has really decreased steadily. I think that adding a small walk in the evenings and drinking a gallon of water daily has really made a lot of difference. I am 14lbs away from losing 100lbs! That will be a huge accomplishment for me physically and mentally.
235.6 lb Lost so far: 85.4 lb.    Still to go: 90.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
