ok so saturday I was super good ate all my own food and packed snacks but today after activities, pitching and taking down tents and up down with girls I needed to eat i was getting lightheaded. so i ate alot of carbs:((( but was good i really limited it breakfast was crepes, danishes, oranges apples bananas juice....... i ate 3/4 chex cereal and half a banana with water and lunch i was so hungry had to eat what was there, i will get back on track tomorrow
i walked everywhere saturday and to stadium up hill activities, pitching tents and taking down moving equipment and ....well i ache all over im not happy nut didnt want to fall flat on my face responsible for the girls. it was a fun weekend and i really enjoyed myself meeting guides from all over the province of quebec!
