So this weekend I am on the go the whole weekend at a provincial Girl Guides of Canada event. im leaving soon and will be back sunday around 7pmish. i have a packed lunch and snacks for today but dinner is at a restaurant the girls get to choose. then we are off to molson percival stadium to pitch tents and sleepover on the field. tomorrow morning is breakfast and activities then we have tickets to the game watching the Alouettes! absolutely no food is allowed on the field so i need to be really careful for carbs...ive been good. no pancakes tomorrow but i might have to nibble on some fruit which i havent touched if im hungry and lunch is subway so I ll just eat my sandwich fillings and leave the bread. ill eat supper when i get home itll be a real rock n roll weekend , ive worked hard getting in a keto state and dont want to blow it part of the probllem working with the young girls as aleader we set examples. with girls starving themselves thin i dont want them to get the impression im dieting either......Have an AWESOME WEEKEND everyone:)

thanks we did! we walked all weekend so much on saturday. we did museum of fine arts which I had never been to and the barbie expo. then pitching tents and activities till campfire singalong, up at crack of dawn to take them down , breakfast.....im pooped. also the walk on saturday to stadium was uphill and i think i got lots of exercise carrying equipment.......soon as photos download ill send one. it was awesome
