So back to work tommorrow after my day off. Have a full day at work then straight to guides. i have packed my lunch/snacks and dinner and entered it all in my food diary to make sure its ok. hopefully it'll be nice so i can cycle everywhere tomorrow!
i really love the tools on FS they help enormously
and the community is amazing too! :))))
