I just discovered something extremely cool! if you click on my cook book you can enter a recipe in detail and save it. then the calculations are done for you ......im a happy camper now:) i just need to make a new batch of what I posted in order to upload a pic:)
Italian stuffed meatballs
i love this tool because i was finding it hard to enter things like meatloaf..i make my own and don't add bread or wheat and they all had major carbs because of it.so i had to enter ground beef and stuff all separetly.... this will make things alot easier once i enter the recipe:)
