Good morning everyone! I have decided to try and stay in induction another week, i still have trouble balancing the carbs from veggies not getting enough or too much:( I lost only one pound and did exercise so Im gonna stay here another week and see. i started this morning with a nice green pepper and onion omelet with bacon....YIKES! onions are loaded but veggies:) i have a question for everyone....I see alot of talk about fasting days. is this the atkins/keto diet is there fasting recommended????if so how does it work? i thank you all and have an excellent day
