Much better today, I walked 36 mins, 1.17 miles and 4081 steps.
My question to all of you is during my walk today my ankles hurt really bad, any suggestions?
224.6 lb Lost so far: 42.6 lb.    Still to go: 74.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
