I hope that it is just the stupid muffin from yesterday. Should have checked the calories before I ate it. I thought I as doing well with a multi grain muffin. Never realized that multi grain part was the only healthy part about it.
214.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
