Body Fat % 26.1 Weight is still in the 5 +- LB mark but will be more strict on the calorie count this next week to be sure this is only a temporary fluctuation. Body fat is decreasing at an expected rate. The smaller you get, the longer it takes to see decreases as this becomes a bigger % change to the body.
