I've been training over the last few days, and working on my muscles especially, so hoping that this slight gain is muscle weight!!! I still have 9kg's to go, and I never want to go over 78kg's again!!! Help!!! Also, I know I'm ovulating as well...so hopefully there is some water weight included in that too!!! ;-)

It's most likely your muscles retain water temporarily to help them heal. Google "why the scale lies" for insight in to water weight gain. The muscles get little tears in the fibers and water replaces to help them heal. This can show on the scale as a gain, small loss or no loss. It will go away. It usually accompanies sore muscles.
