day 200..what a wonderful day today..yes it snowed again..about 2-3 inches..28 outside and with the wind blowin its 17...greatttt day..lol..went to the gym today after i got the vechile warmed up worked out on the elliptical for 45 minutes..and also weighed in..my shoes were wet, so i took them off and weighed in i was down to 332...i was surprised...then i just put my shoes on scales and they weighed 2 pounds...so now i kno to weigh in without shoes on...extra weight..lol..and they was wet from walkin around in the snow/slush before i got to the gym...came home and shoveled off the drive again...im rockin today...bring it on...lol

I recall not too long ago when you were just relieved to finally hit 340. Now you are about to hit the 320's. You'll probably be there before the week is out, the way you are moving! All that change-up in the gym has really helped you, too! I'm really glad you incorporated the weights into the whole work out, muscle helps to burn that fat as well! Way to go, Mike!!
