day 199...cardio workout at gym ...has changed into shoveling snow off the drive...lol...got almost 2 inches, and more to come...so soon as daylight gets here..will get a moring workout in, just a differnt kind...drive use to take about an hour to hour an a half to do when i wasnt in as good of health, so i should be inside in about half the time now..hopefully..its a wet snow to..so be heavier then usual...hope everyone has a great day and a great workout...catch evryone later...

I dread the snow, REALLY, I do!! We're supposed to be getting some today or tomorrow.. so far nothing but I hope they are wrong, LOL. Good Luck on your workout!! =D

so nice to be in shape to do the drive and the snow..only took 45 min...and its a wet snow..let it snow some more...hahahahah..especially at lorik house

No Way U crazy thang, LOL... U can keep it cuz' I DON'T want it!! I'll just send you ALL my kids and U can play in it w/ them, ha ha
