gooooooooooood sunday mornin everyone...took the day off from my regular exercise yesterday to let my knees an body rest, but then yesterday afternoon went to brians to help him with some stuff he needed to do outside...geeez...glad i took boots with me..so muddy out there...i remember walkin on the drive, well what he drives on, an my boot went all the way down to my ankle in mud...lol...water is just standin on top of the mud...and with the warmer temps again today...just gonna be another sloppy day out there but i think today hes decided to take the day off...and thats fine...he wore me out yesterday just from walkin around in the mud...so ended up getting exercise in a different way...lol...todays plan is the floor an ab crunches, then later the stationary bike...rain is in the forcast...lest its warm enough thats what it will be...just north of us it will be ice/snow...not sure which would be best with the ground the way it is...well...need to get my body up once again...an make the bed...covers wasnt as messed up last night..was just to dang tired to do anything but lay in one spot an zzzzzzz...lol...have a great day everyone...and remember...move it....

MY AFFIRMATIONS FOR ME TO FOCUS ON...

1. I AM DOING THIS FOR ME !!!!!

2. THINK THIN....THINKING POSITIVE AND STAYING POSITIVE KEEPS ME IN THE MOOD!!!!!

3. STAY IN THE MOMENT !!!!!

4. FORGIVE MYSELF WHEN I MESS UP AND GET BACK ON TRACK AT THE NEXT MEAL !!!!

5. CHANGE MY MINI GOALS TO 5 POUND INCREMENTS....TO MAKE IT EASIER TO HIT MY MINI GOALS !!!!!...SET MINI WEIGHT LOSS GOALS I CAN REACH!!!

6. FOOD IS NOT A REWARD !!!!...ITS NOURISHMENT !!!

7. DRINK 16 oz OF WATER SOON AS I GET OUTTA BED !!!!

8. EAT MY HIGHEST AMOUNT OF CALORIES AT BREAKFAST !!!!!....AT LUNCH FEWER CALORIES !!!!!.... AT SUPPER EVEN LESS CALORIES !!!

9. I DIDNT GAIN IT ALL IN ONE DAY...CONSISTENCY AND DETERMINATION WORKS IT BACK OFF...

10. WATER!!! HELPS TO FLUSH OUT THE SALT !!!!!

11.. DOING HI-INTENSITY WORKOUTS BUILDS UP MY HEART MUSCLES SO THAT I CAN GET MORE OXYGEN IN MY BODY TO BURN OFF MORE CALORIES !!!!!

12. IF I HAVE TIME TO SIT AT THE COMPUTER, THEN I HAVE TIME TO EXERCISE...

AND LAST BUT NOT LEAST....

13. DO THE BEST I CAN DO EVERYDAY...I'M ONLY IN COMPETION WITH MYSELF !!!!!!

yeap the snow is almost all melted..now to wade the mud..lol..i really think it was better when the ground was froze an there was snow..go ahead an kick me...im dilearous...lol...no the warm temps are nice...makes you think spring is closer each day...
