day 192..moving around, gettin ready to go to gym in awhile..gonna do cardio today, not sure about tomow...might take tomow off..take a day off to rest..just makes for a longer day seems like if i dont hit the gym that day...hope everyone has a great day...

Have a good work-out and it's good to take a day off tomorrow.

Taking a day off every once in a while is good for your body and good for you mentally, especially if you need the break. You just gotta make sure to compensate with the calories. (I.E. you don't eat as many calories on your off day as you would on a day that you burn 5000 calories)

sometimes when i take that day off..i thik about how i could be at the gym workin off more calories...i kno its good to take days off, just hard to do some times...
