day 191...gettin ready to head to gym for my friday workout..i kno i need to go, but my mind is tryin to talk me outta it...not in the mood to go...but we all kno i will be headed out the door at 6am...once i get ther, then its ok...just gettin ther some days is a struggle...got my workout in...
20 minute intervels = 1 1/2 hour on elliptical 5 min of crunches=270 crunches per side= 5 sets of 270 5 min of weightlifting= 5 different weightliftin exercises..5exercises x 5 min...
and no breaks between it all... gotta keep moving while doing it...only p breaks, and water drinkin breaks...worked up a good sweat, the whole idea of the program is to work up a good sweat...

Wow. I was impressed with myself for spending an hour and a half in the gym today and planning on more later, but holy crap you're amazing.

when i leave the gym im usually exhausted, but i get the workout in i go ther to do...and as i get more use to my new program, then hopefully it will speed up some...
