Day 4 of induction and doing really well. Last night I really wanted a chocolate frosty from Wendy's but I didn't get it :) Instead got grilled chicken sandwich (did not eat the bun) and a small casear salad (excluding croutons and tomatoes). Once I ate them, I no longer craved the frosty. So I realized that it's all in my head.. the cravings. Because actually I was just hungry and once I ate I was satisfied. Didn't get a chance to update my food diary last night, but I will try tonight. And I'm not checking my weight until a full week has gone by. I plan to check it every friday. Checking it every day would not work for me..It would just frustrate me.
