Did well the last two days on atkins. No big sugar cravings yet. I'm confused to why you can only have 3 packets of sweet n low, but diet soda is fine. Isn't diet soda full of sugar substitues?

Yes, diet sodas are full of sugar substitutes and diet sodas can make you stall, I don't care where you read that diet sodas are fine. They caused me to stall, so I rarely drink them now. Limit all sweeteners and then be sure to change them up and don't limit too much to only one type. Don't let your body have the chance to wrongly decide the sweetener is really sugar which will then cause an insulin release. Too often and you'll lose ketosis even without eating sugar.

Thanks for the info. I'm staying away from diet sodas. I drink mainly water and unsweetened tea. I drink crystal light sometimes but heard that isn't good for Atkins either. So I'll stay away from that too.

I had to quit diet soda for the same reason- they stalled me. I will have one every now and then but they cause me to get bloated so it's not even enjoyable.
