Woke at 217.8, up 2.6 from yesterday. Had a few drinks and snacks with my son last night after recording my daily calories so will add them to today. Lots of bloating and water. The fight goes on. UPDATE: Had lunch of seed bread and green beans. Three cups of green beans set me back 12 net carbs, so I'm already at 32 for the day when you add in last night's snacks. Will do burgers and brats later and perhaps again tomorrow. Will have to catch up on calories throughout the week. UPDATE: Another day of sitting around without much energy. Could have napped several times. Made burgers for Jason and me before he left for work. Ate two massive ones, including one on some almond flour bread. Went hugely over on calories but net carbs were under 50. I know that needs to be cut in half but getting there. I will have to do some walking tonight to prevent a calorie surplus for the day. Had some good water and waste movement today that got me back to 214.8 at 8 pm.

I always wondered how you managed to gain 10 lbs. overnight; fluid, gas, etc. I had the opportunity to walk the walk. When hospitalized, they weighed me in at 214lb. which blew my mind. Within days I got down to 192.
