Red - Orange - Yellow - Green - Blue.

If you are serious about achieving your weight goal, you have to pay close attention to what others did to achieve their "Blue". You must make a decision on a specific approach and take action. You may change it up along the way, but as long as you are progressing, it's ok. You will get support AND you should be supportive of others.

Last year, I worked my way through the colors and got to the green and I was getting closer and closer to the Blue and for what ever reason, I let it slip away. I lost my focus. I celebrated the win too early. I took my eyes off the prize. I am human. I slipped up, I own it.

I need you followers / supporters. I will support and follow you. Judge me only by my actions because that is only what you should trust. I will do the same for you.

Locking it in now and I am well on my way to getting back to the Green soon. Alright, who's got my back?

Make it count.

You have my support! I want you to know that I needed to read what you had to say today. I feel that, lately, I am tempted to celebrate the win too early too. What a great way to put it. Can't wait to share your journey!

It's good to see you back in focus. My advise to you my friend is to become diligent in tracking every single day. Good days and the not so good days. You must know your calorie deficient every day. Fitbit generates a graph the will indicate that for you if you input the data. I found a way that helped to enter my calories from Fatsecret to Fitbit meal by meal easily. It made a huge difference in my analysis of my daily efforts. I can share it with you and anyone interested. Step it up and get it done...
