gooooooooood mornin everyone...was alittle stiff yesterday after shovelin the 4 inches of snow..but enjoyed the workout, and wasnt at all tired when i got done like in the past...but it did cause me to eat more then i had planned for the day...was like i just couldnt find the right thing to satisfy me..needless to say my weight is up once again today...not sure whats causing that...but todays a new day to try once again to figure it out...an do my best...today is store day, and going to cut a few things off the list that i have been eating, thinkin mabye they are causing the extra calories ...i kno alot of its just from not gettin the movement i need thru the day, but with the temps so cool, hard to get in the mood to go out an ride that bike to no where...but gonna have to do something...gonna wait till daylight an see how the roads look an hopefully i can do a short morning walk...then go to the store an get that over with...mabye do a bike ride this morning an later this afternoon as well...kinda plan ahead of what i need to do..so i feel guilty till i do it..lol...well...need to get up an moving...get this day started once again...have a greatttttttt day everyone...

2. THINK THIN....THINKING POSITIVE AND STAYING POSITIVE KEEPS ME IN THE MOOD!!!!!

5. CHANGE MY MINI GOALS TO 5 POUND INCREMENTS....TO MAKE IT EASIER TO HIT MY MINI GOALS !!!!!...SET MINI WEIGHT LOSS GOALS I CAN REACH!!!
6. FOOD IS NOT A REWARD !!!!...ITS NOURISHMENT !!!
7. DRINK 16 oz OF WATER SOON AS I GET OUTTA BED !!!!
8. EAT MY HIGHEST AMOUNT OF CALORIES AT BREAKFAST !!!!!....AT LUNCH FEWER CALORIES !!!!!.... AT SUPPER EVEN LESS CALORIES !!!
9. I DIDNT GAIN IT ALL IN ONE DAY...CONSISTENCY AND DETERMINATION WORKS IT BACK OFF...
10. WATER!!! HELPS TO FLUSH OUT THE SALT !!!!!
11.. DOING HI-INTENSITY WORKOUTS BUILDS UP MY HEART MUSCLES SO THAT I CAN GET MORE OXYGEN IN MY BODY TO BURN OFF MORE CALORIES !!!!!
12. IF I HAVE TIME TO SIT AT THE COMPUTER, THEN I HAVE TIME TO EXERCISE...
AND LAST BUT NOT LEAST....
13. DO THE BEST I CAN DO EVERYDAY...I'M ONLY IN COMPETION WITH MYSELF !!!!!!
