😯 Back home with a bit of a gain....now I have 3 days to be good before we head to Canada. Hopefully that will be enough to get back to my pre Dallas weight.
168.2 lb Lost so far: 4.6 lb.    Still to go: 33.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
