HAPPY VALENTINES DAY TO EVERYONE...and gooooooooood mornin as well...snow is still on its way...kept busy yesterday...was out in the cold most of the morning, then came home an did a bike ride..for 30 min...so todays plan is the floor for crunches an a bike ride some time this morning...and if we get any snow, then shovelin ...have to wait on the snow...not sure when or if it will amount to anything...weight is the same...guess thats better then a gain...be another day of cookin ahead again...get food made ahead and put back into the freezer to help make wiser choices when im lookin for meals for lunch or supper...not alot new to tell...did watch a good show on tv last night...was called dog 101 i think ..was on animal planet...was about the dogs that the presidents have had in the white house an how even though they was president dogs, they was still just dogs at heart...lol..an all the ways they messed up stiff..was kind of funny for some of the stuff they did...normal everyday stuff a dog does, but i guess being they was in the white house you would think they would be better trained...well...hope everyone has a greatttttttttt day...keep it up an movin....

MINI GOALS FOR ME TO REFOCUS ON EACH DAY !!!!

1. I AM DOING THIS FOR ME !!!!!

2. THINK THIN....THINKING POSITIVE AND STAYING POSITIVE KEEPS ME IN THE MOOD!!!!!

3. STAY IN THE MOMENT !!!!!

4. FORGIVE MYSELF WHEN I MESS UP AND GET BACK ON TRACK AT THE NEXT MEAL !!!!

5. CHANGE MY MINI GOALS TO 5 POUND INCREMENTS....TO MAKE IT EASIER TO HIT MY MINI GOALS !!!!!...SET MINI WEIGHT LOSS GOALS I CAN REACH!!!

6. FOOD IS NOT A REWARD !!!!...ITS NOURISHMENT !!!

7. DRINK 16 oz OF WATER SOON AS I GET OUTTA BED !!!!

8. EAT MY HIGHEST AMOUNT OF CALORIES AT BREAKFAST !!!!!....AT LUNCH FEWER CALORIES !!!!!.... AT SUPPER EVEN LESS CALORIES !!!

9. I DIDNT GAIN IT ALL IN ONE DAY...CONSISTENCY AND DETERMINATION WORKS IT BACK OFF...

10. WATER!!! HELPS TO FLUSH OUT THE SALT !!!!!

11.. DOING HI-INTENSITY WORKOUTS BUILDS UP MY HEART MUSCLES SO THAT I CAN GET MORE OXYGEN IN MY BODY TO BURN OFF MORE CALORIES !!!!!

12. IF I HAVE TIME TO SIT AT THE COMPUTER, THEN I HAVE TIME TO EXERCISE...

AND LAST BUT NOT LEAST....

13. DO THE BEST I CAN DO EVERYDAY...I'M ONLY IN COMPETION WITH MYSELF !!!!!!
