Sitting in a work camp having to eat what is served really makes it hard to eat right...no real healthy choices...I'll have to opt for the salad bar tomorrow night...I had chicken, rice, veggies & soup and for desert rhubarb pie with ice cream...rice was the bad choice (although the desert could have been bypassed??)

Just over my RDI...I will be more careful tomorrow...and I don't think I will have a weigh in on Wednesday like normal, since I will be in camp until Thursday morning...I don't miss this life!!

There isn't even enough room in my room to do push ups or crunches unless I do them on the bed...pretty tight quarters...oh well, only for two nights then I fly home again...

Hopefully everyone else is having a better week than me...this isn't going to be a great week for food!!

When you don't have a lot of choice, use portion control. And yes skipping the rhubarb pie would have been a good idea but I bet it was delicious, lol!

Yup...rhubarb and cookes & cream, so nice I had it again tonight...562cal of heaven...bad choice, probably, but DELICIOUS!! Back home tomorrow and back to my routine...I don't think I could not have pie & ice cream again if I stayed... Later.
