I gained :(... but I know the problem.. and that my friends is the real issue.. I'm an emotional eater... I'll just have to stop feeling emotions then huh? lol
247.6 lb Lost so far: 2.4 lb.    Still to go: 67.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Hi there! I see you are on your own diet but I wonder if you would consider joining our group, "Following The Old Weight Watchers Program"? We are seeing success! I lost 24 pounds and many others have been losing, as well. We become buddies and support each other.
