after each meal or snack i do a print out of what i ate to see my sugar, salt, fiber, protein and a number of other things to keep a better track on what im eating so i can get my sugar, salt, proein, carbs in line...

what site are you using to keep track of your intake? I like the idea of doing a print out. it keeps the evidence right in front of you. In a journal, I can always put the book down and forget about it after I wrote it.

Yea! I agree... I use thedailyplate.com and it's great! Fairly easy to use and get used to and much info as far as what you are eating and how much, love it! Looking forward to seeing you meet your next goal!

i use a program i got off internet called dietpower...it breaks it all down for you so you can track it better...i print it out daily and that way i can look back at yesterdays and see how im doing...
