Learned something about myself today. I got good news about work and the first thing I thought about was celebrating by going out to eat. I don't think I have realized that about myself until today. We ate at home, but I did treat myself to a Dr. Pepper and a chocolate truffle cause you do have to celebrate. I am going to try and change my mind set to celebrating by saving my money for a trip to Micheal's for a girls night out instead.

I have learned not to reward myself with food because that is part of what made me gain weight in the first place. I do work "treats" in to my diet sometimes for something I really want. But try to reward myself with non food items.

I think it's very common in our society and we (I) need to be aware of it to not gain the weight back I have lost.
